Cancellation & Refund Policy – Impactify.ngo

At Impactify.ngo, we are committed to fostering trust and transparency between donors and grassroots non-profit organizations. As a crowdfunding platform, we serve as a bridge, connecting passionate supporters with impactful causes. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a contribution.

1. Donations Are Final

All donations made through Impactify.ngo are considered final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, the funds are transferred to the intended non-profit and allocated to the project for which they were raised.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Fraudulent transaction: If you believe your donation was made fraudulently or without authorization, please notify us within 7 days.

  • Project cancellation: If a non-profit cancels a project before any funds have been disbursed, refunds may be issued upon request.

  • Misuse of funds: In the rare event that a project is found to have misused the funds, we will conduct an internal review and may facilitate partial or full refunds depending on the situation.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under qualifying conditions, please email support@impactify.ngo within 7 days of the transaction. Include:

  • Donor name and contact information

  • Transaction ID and date

  • Amount donated

  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review the request and respond within 10 business days.

4. Discretionary Authority

Impactify.ngo reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests at its sole discretion, based on the circumstances and the status of fund disbursement.

5. Transparency and Accountability

All partner non-profits are vetted for credibility and are required to provide updates on project outcomes. Donors are encouraged to review project details and updates before contributing.
