Any registered nonprofit organization, NGO, or social enterprise seeking financial support for their projects is welcome. If your organization aims to raise funds for a cause that drives social impact, you can submit your project on our platform.
Yes, individuals can raise funds for social impact projects; however, the project budget is capped at a maximum of INR 50,000. For-profit companies or organizations are not permitted to use this platform for any type of fundraising.
To submit a project, simply create an account on our platform. Once logged in, you can submit your project by providing key details such as project description, funding goal, timeline, and any additional media (photos, videos, etc.) that will help tell your story.

After your project is approved, it will go live on our platform. You can then start promoting your project to your network and beyond. Supporters can donate directly to your campaign, and you can track your progress in real time. When you reach your fundraising goal, the funds are transferred to your organization.

Yes, Impactify.ngo charges a small processing fee of 10% on each donation to help cover platform costs.

Donors can make payments securely through the payment gateway integrated into our platform. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other online payment options.

If you don’t reach your goal by the end of your campaign, we offer flexible options. If you raise more than 50% of your goal amount, you can withdraw the funds. However, if you raise less than 50%, the donations will be returned to the donors.


Once your campaign ends and you have successfully raised funds, the amount will be transferred directly to the bank account or payment method you provided during registration. Please ensure your payment details are up-to-date to avoid any delays.

Yes! Impactify.ngo encourages transparency, and we provide tools for you to update your supporters on the progress of your project. You can share updates, photos, and reports to show how donations are making a difference.
